I use this and it is a huge time saver. Yes, I use SVN, but this just adds to my notes. Included in the download is just a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
It allows you to keep track of what you installed, when you did it, and if database changes were needed. You can add whatever you want of course. If your like me and have countless contributions/hacks installed, this can come in handy. Hopefully you find this useful too.
